Safi, a curse of the country, was released from prison recently but the Yahapalana government cannot be freed from the curse of the people. It is no secret that CID Shani Abeysekera worked hard to free Safi. Did Shani Abeysekera act in accordance with the orders of Yahapalana government to not take action against Safi's stringent decisions and investigations taken against the Sil cloths distributed to innocent people because of the privileges obtained from Ranil and Rishad Bathiudeen?. Ratana Thero stated a few days back that the CID which is running thanks to the innocent people's money is protecting Safi.
