Is “Shilpa Sena” really a program conducted under the Ministry of Science and Technology Research with the supervision of Sujeewa Senasinghe, which is held at the BMICH from 18th of July to the 21st of July 2019 to promote technology in Sri Lanka for our children?
Since the General Election that was held in August 2015, Sujeewa enjoyed the comfort for straight 4 and a half years. Is the upcoming Presidential Election just a reminder to gain the love of the children or the votes of the Colombo District by organizing such events and programs?
Sri Lanka, who gained 30.4 points in the WORLD INNOVATION INDEX in the last governance, had gained only 28.7 points in the year of 2018 thanks to the Yahapalana government. But not just that, Sri Lanka who held the 88th position in the WORLD INNOVATION INDEX in the last governance, had also fallen in 2018. Even though the 'Shilpa Sena' has spent millions of people's taxes, wasn't half of it spent on cutouts to uplift Sujeewa Senasinghe and Yahapalana government.
The 'Mahindodaya' laboratory projects that were built for the schools during the previous regime increased the technology and innovation knowledge of the children of the country. But this hypocritical Yahapalana government terminated these projects due to political victimization.
Champika and Sujeewa critized that the development project for villages that was carried out by the pervious government known as "Dayata Kirula" is "Cutout Kirula." But aren't they also doing the same thing for the upcoming Presidential Election?
Minister Sujeewa is wasting a huge amount of money for posters to cover the scandals and frauds that took place within the Yahapalana government and by them.
There are 4551 schools in Sri Lanka upto date that does not have a single computer or even computer technology. Rather than spending thousands and thousands money for the posters and cutouts for the "Shilpa Sena" program, why not buy the necessary computer technology facilities needed in these schools?
Are these posters and cutouts that are made by wasting innocent people's money, made for political needs or for so called love that Minister Sujeewa has for the children?
By creating such posters and cutouts, are these making "A Country Worth Living In" for the children of our country?
